The 10-bolt will also have only one tie rod. But, it will have a mount hole for a steering stabilizer/damper on the driver side. If you can show pictures, it would help.
On the spacers,thick washers or even better would be thick wall pupe/washer combo, I'd guess. Washer against the bushing.
