Beater c10, I went and measured the rear drums I have and the inner machined surface is about 3 1/4". Outside the overall dimension is just short of 5" wide and the drums are ribbed. I have the majority of the parts for them like the springs and I think I also have the cylinders. I also have the brake shoes which have about 1/3 to 1/4 left on them if you want them. I do not have the backing plates however. The one drum I just measured had no scratches or grooves in the machined surface, I dont think the other one does either. I was asking $20 for them but make an offer because I have no need for them and they are taking up space. If you have any more questions let me know.
