That's pretty cheap for that under dash kit! When I got my V/A kit years ago they were around $1,100, looks like they're up to almost $1,400 now. If you're OK with the under dash look, that's going to be a hard price to beat!

If you go with V/A I would highly recommend their "factory air controller, non air cab" kit for your truck, meaning you would want a factory A/C controller (not included in kit) but it gives you a lot more adjustability with the system over using the stock "heat only" controller. I'm not sure on the newer V/A kits, I think they might actually use a bulk head now, but my kit used a cover with grommets and the connections were made to the unit under the dash.
