Depends on the service number on the PCM, some newer PCMs dont have IAC drivers in them. If you can get the TAC and pedal, I would just get another DBW throttle body.
Oh, and definitely borrow your buddy's truck. On the off chance you could get the engine and trans in your wagon, you wouldn't have a way to tie it down good enough that it wouldn't do damage to the inside of your car.
