Ok so I have found that a FRA-100HD will work. It has 168 theeth and is the 14.13" O.D.
It should also work with my starter. Thanks for the replies. Oh yeah it is an intermnally balanced flexplate. Reason is that the inter balalnced is for two piece rear main and the external balance is for one piece rear main. Some thing to do with the material removed from the bloclk in order it make room for the one piece seal.
