The answer couldn't be more simple: No, they are different sizes.
There are 16.5 tires out there. I'm stuck on the wide wheels that existed in the 60s/70s on the same era trucks and just deal with finding 16.5s that people have been saying are going away for some 25 years now. Just buy 5 if you love the 16.5 wheels but don't want issues finding a replacement, if needed. It's cooler to have a matching spare anyway. And a 5 tire rotation trumps a 4 tire any day
