Yep. Have seen hundreds of those. Probably going to need some guide work as well. Pay particular attention to the front end of the head to make sure machining for the seat insert does not hit the water jacket. Have seen a few heads with casting shift where that was the case. Also, be sure to get some later valves to go with the harder seats too.
