What year truck is this on? The longer leaf causes lift, even if it's a stock spring. This also tilts axle nose-down. On a pre-73 it's more drastic and with any lift it could be more. I am 99% sure it's a caster/camber issue you need to get right. Getting a reading at a shop is bst, but you know what the issue is and you have 6 dg. shims and 2.5 deg. helped. try the 6 drg. and if that doesn't get it right, put it on a rack.
