I agree with 1970blazin, If you have the knowledge to do most of the work youself than geta builder. I have a 1971 and I have had to do allot of work myself and I had to "Farm out" some work as well, but mine is no means a "Concorse restoration" I built mine as a driver restoration. There is allot of difference, it's all in what your pocket book can afford. Remeber this saying though. If you plan on the project costing $6000 to $8000 add $3000. Especially these older Blazers. Parts are hard to find now and new are very expensive. There's a 1972 K-5 Blazer here in my little town in Colorado that's for sale. If you want I can stop and ask him what he wants for it. I know it doesn't run but it's all there. Just email me.
