Yes they do and they look brand new too. GM used that design since the 60's so maybe that photo was for some 60's vehicle. I just pulled it off the internet so you could see what assembly line shocks looked like. But trust me I worked for GM from 78 to 91. The factory installed shocks in everything (car or truck) were semi gloss black. The replacement Delco's were gloss black with a Delco label.
