Tools required, 1/2" socket and ratchet, torque wrench, 1/8" pin punch, hammer, something to support governor while driving roll pin, gasket scraper, maybe a pair of pliers to pull gear off main body.

Have you looked at the gear yet? It may or may not be your problem. Only 1 of many possible causes. But pretty easy to check.
