Well... I finally got the part in the mail yesterday, so I laid down some cardboard and crawled under my truck in my muddy gravel driveway while it was raining to pull my governor only to find out it was in perfectly good working order and showed minimal wear. So it's back in and now I'm back to hunting for vacuum leaks.... Hooray....
