CST stands for Custom Sport Truck. It is the Z84 or "Cheyenne package". It was the top of the line trim level for all Blazers 69-72. It meant wood grain belt molding and tailgate trim, extra undercoating, interior side panels with associated chrome trim, chrome front/rear bumpers, chrome windshield and side vent trim, CST badging on glove box and doors, deluxe side markers, chrome shift levers, console, sport buckets with vinyl scroll (unless 72 Highlander), carpet....probably missing something.
