Beautiful truck.

I'd probably go with some slightly more aggressive tires, like some BFG All-Terrains, on the stock steelies (I'm a steelies & dog dish fan).

For stereos, I have a cd player and 6 disc changer mounted in the center console. I kept the AM/8-track in the dash that was installed by the original owner.
