The auto trucks should still have the hole in the fire wall for the clutch linkage and the auto brake pedal will easily accept the clutch pedal. You should be able to get all the clutch related parts from the for sale section here. Just watch the board for a manual truck part out. As for the trans I'd shove a 465 in it. Bomb proof and ultra reliable. They are a dime a dozen.
