I actually have a set that are GM issued by Kent-Moore for doing all the Packard electrical small terminals. They work on the core and insulation crimps on single wire crimps. I bought the double wire set from AA. The only other thing I can think of would be a die grinder with a small cutting wheel. I use a 90 degree die grinder with a small wheel to open the pass-through in the firewall where the new harness will mount up. The template in the kit is excellent. You will have to open two sides slightly to accomodate the larger pass through. I rough cut it with the wheel, then use a burring bit to clean it up.
