Today I finished up installing my new weatherstripping (from Brother's Truck Parts). The previous owner had installed his weatherstripping backwards (with the tall side against the door frame, in addition to it being sort of hard compared to new stuff.
Before you would feel drafts of cold air driving along and could stick a pencil through the opening in spots.
With the new WS installed the right way (as Orge has in the pics) everything is much improved. No drafts, quieter, warmer. Yes, the doors do take grunt to close, I'm going to give the new WS a couple weeks or month to settle in before I start tweaking the door lock strike.
Between the new WS and chasing down and eliminating a majorly annoying squeek from a loose battery box bolt, old Janky is better than ever
