Tim, if you're gonna crate it you might check with one of the regulated freight carriers like Roadway/Yellow or ABF. ABF offers lift gate service, and if you have it shipped to one of their terminals near you where you pick it up there, the freight rate is a lot cheaper than having them deliver it to you.
