Thanks Heliarcn. If I decide to pursue this one I will check the SPID. The Craigs listing had more and better pictures which were pretty compelling. I watched a nice 402 Burb on Ebay for sale not move at $14,500 for two months then take six weeks at $12,500 before it was pulled. The 12k plus burbs are for sale for ever and haven't moved in months, unless they are nicely optioned and exceptional as you are looking for.

The seat belts I don't know and anticipate the experts here will step in.
