Thanks Dubs, I've been seeing the same with higher priced Burbs not moving. They stay for sale for ever. And they are not as popular as the trucks it seems as indicated by lower prices plus the traffic here. At any one time there are 10 time more viewers in the truck section than in the Burb section.

I agree $16,000 is way high for the blue one. It is interesting I find very few, or no 2wd burbs, that are really nicely built with updates...interior, suspension, LS swap, AC, etc...like I do with the trucks or Blazers. Must be a popularity thing again.
