Parts manuals are easy to use if you read them carefully.

But don't expect a number in there to match a part you pulled from your truck.

Overall its real simple, the replacement manifolds at the time of printing (5/79) were:
3994045 LH
333846 RH

with A.I.R. this is the air pump for emission reduction
343787 LH
353030 RH

There is nothing there on that parts manual page to show application specific parts for a 396-402 C10-30 Air Conditioned vehicle. If there were it would probably be notated w/AC, C.A.C., or C60.
I was hoping you'd chime in Tim. Is that air pump an internal component within the manifold? If just emissions reduction, any reason for concern using the A/C with the LH 3994045?

The parts book is in the mail. Incidentally, that document I sent had an incorrect part number. Not that it matters. The parts are in the book. That said, I've added a lot of information (e.g., your post). It's a work in progress. Thanks again.

I developed an assembly guide (kit) for restoring this truck from the ground up, complete with details including full hardware descriptions. Much of the info. applies to all 67-72 GM. My build thread, with some info. about the assembly kit https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=730025
