Ok.. Quick update:
Ordered new radiator, fan, shroud. Put it all together and dropped it off at my buddies to weld the mounting tabs on.
While waiting I decided to figure out a starting issue I was having. Turns out when installing the new throttle position sensor, I forget to set the min voltage on it to >0.2v and it was throwing a code, causing a hard to start issue. Fixed it, fired right up but then there was a noise....
It sounded like a rod knock or collapsed lifter. I cant see how it would suddenly develop a rod knock when it didn't have one leaving the track so I pulled the valve covers, rolled the motor over putting each set of lifters on the base of the cam looking or a loose push rod. Nothing..
Pulled the oil filter and cut it open, nothing to be concerned about in it. As I got under it and started draining the oil, I noticed one of the cut outs was not closed all the way and tapped it. It make a clacking sound. Thinking I found it, I filled it back up with oil, started bolting down the rockers and well... Wouldn't you know the last bolt spun in the head... Grrrrr... Off came the intake, drilled, tapped the hole and put a heli-coil in it.
Since the plugs were out, I turned it over with the key and no noise. Put plugs in it and left the coil pack unplugged, turned it over and the noise was back. Pulled the even plugs out trying to narrow down what side it was coming from. Still there. One by one I pulled plugs and the noise lessened. Got to number 7 with the noise still there and moved that plug to number 3, still had the noise.
Got back under to inspect the flexplate for a crack and could not see one. I unbolted the converter, slid it back and reached up and the flexplate bolts backed off

Unbolted the trans, pushed it back, pulled all the bolts out cleaning the holes and bolts and put them back in very tight with loctite.
Got it buttoned up and the noise was gone. Took it for a test ride when I had a rotational vibration. I must have tossed the weight off the front drivers tire, got that taken care of.
Got the tune more or less back in order other than it is under timed by roughly 6*. It feels strong and the tires have zero chance from a 25mph roll even with the front shocks at the 6th loosest setting. It transfers the weight while unloading the tires.
Back testing it at the track on Sat/9.. I think I will play with it this weekend and work on my license in June.
