Congratulations. Ochre and white is the same color combo as my '71 long bed. Regardless of what you do with the trim, consider "popping" out all the bondo no matter what. The bondo attracts moisture will cause (accelerate) corrosion issues. If you decide on no trim, the holes should be welded closed.
