Were the gear and cam changes made for when you go turbo? Are you hitting your peak power numbers thru the traps? Even if you haven't the time to get the glass front end, what about a glass bumper at least to slightly decrease your frontal drag. Has your chassis guy said anything about 4 link changes? I would get everything nailed down with the first stage then go on to the second because you may end up softening things with more power.
