load the picture to a website like Photobucket
then paste the [img] tag in your reply (or sometimes the address location it's at)
I broke this link by removing the first letter (H) in http. This is how it should look with the [img] [/img] tags at the ends. With the (H) back in it looks like vvvv This was a random pic I pulled for the google.
