I hate to even ask but searched and couldn't find the info I needed..

I have the chance to buy a set of 16" American Racing Torq Thrust 2 wheels for a decent price. These are model 505-6873 and measure 16x8 with 4" backspacing and -11mm offset. They are wrapped in new P225/60R16 tires. My truck is a 72 fleetside which I think is lowered 2/4 but is otherwise stock as far as I know. Question is will these wheels and tires fit?
