What I would do is loosen up the bolts that hold the door to the top hinge enough to slip the top back a bit to even up the gap at the top even though it will be more than you want.
Then raise the door to get your lines closer together. A jack or a strong and patient helper go a long ways here.
You may end up elongating the holes in the hinge to get more adjustment before you are done.
It's going to be a little bit by little bit process with a bit of hair pulling mixed in for good measure before you are done.

Thanks for your info i think my best bet is to elonggat the hing holes in the hinge
