I had a set of Bobcat A/C car springs and they were to harsh so I went to a smaller wire diameter (lighter) spring and the truck rode better and it did put the front end up a bit higher.
Look around and check out Pinto, Bobcat, Mustang ll for spring rates, coil diameter and height (quantity of coils).

You may have to experiment with a few different kinds until you are happy with the ride and height
