I got mine from mothertruckers about 8 years ago it has a sucky fit as well. I finally jocked the cab core support and fenders enough to get the gaps ok but even after pie cutting both sides the whole length of the hood and flattening it out it still sticks up above the fenders in the middle by 1/8" I believe the curve stamped into the front is off too.
