If you're really going to get deep into tuning you ideally want a wideband sensor, because you'll get much better resolution on the air/fuel ratio using one. There are some newer cars that have them from the factory. I'd be surprised if the stock CTS-V sensors weren't wideband already since they are a high-hp forced induction car.
