Re: Rear end gearing question
We used the Patrick's kit to do the '54 truck we're building at the shop. Not finished yet, so no driveability review.
I'm also doing Newfisher's T-5 swap on my wife's '54 panel at home.
Between the 2, I'm actually going to have less money in the T-5 swap(including swapping out the rear end and having a driveshaft made)than the guy has in the re-gearing project.
Just a thought. Once the T-5 swap is done and the rear end swapped out, a future eng/trans swap is that much easier.
