As jtrichard said, you have a Dana 60. There will be the number 60 cast into the lower web 'gusset' that goes up to the axle tube. That differential is likely original to your truck's frame.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with a Dana 60. They are a good tough differential with tons of aftermarket support
