Pain in the butt job!!
Use the 3m adhesive.
Start at the top. Line it up so the part line is on the door sill. Mock it up.
Put the 3m in the groove. Only about 6 inches at first. Push the rubber onto the rail. Pull it away slightly and back into place. Keep doing that until the glue on the channel sticks to the rail. You need to bond the glue in the channel to the glue on the rail. And get the air out from between. You'll hear the air squish out. It'll stay in place, but it takes awhile. If it starts to sag, just work it on and off slightly. Once that piece stays in place, do another 6 inches right beside it. It might take 2 to 3 hours per door.
