Unfortunately, the harsh reality is you can't have your cake and eat it too. The wheels in the sub 1k range are 15 inch oem from 1987 back, and aftermarket eagle alloys and centerlines in all the billet styles of the 90's.
Rallies, slots, wagon wheels, 10 holes, 8 holes, turbines, steelies, and a select few others will fall into the category of not worth more than your truck.
Most of the aftermarket aren't providing custom old school 6 luggers with the needed offset for less than 1k, and even most of those are sketchy quality.
