This looks like a good project, especially as you have an objective (kiddy hauler)

Remember, most of us on here do not read very well, and a picture is worth a 1000 words, so post away, even if it is just of your driveway with a lawnmower on it

The nuts and bolts being missing is probably a good thing as new ones work so much better.
