So far I haven't had an issue short of misplaced some stuff and scratches. I call to confirm measurements and placement and sent photos to Nate, Dave daily. I did 90 percent by myself short of heavy lifting. Neighbor got mad after seeing me lift the nose by myself. I stand by their products. Knowing I have had to modify everything else to fit PB has been some of the best "snap together " toys I have installed. Thanks to all who have jumped in on making stuff for this frame.
