Ok I am feeling like I am missing something simple..... Have replaced gaskets. Originally with cork and then a neoprene type.
Checked for flat flanges and the over extended bolt holes.
Have used high tack, and permatex aircraft gasket sealer. Have even tried doubling the gaskets up.
No I have not used RTV that was my last resort.
Thanks guys for your suggestions I will check what I have been doing Aron and start again.
