No not yet, I tried setting an appointment with the Chevrolet app. I got an email back saying someone would call me to set an appointment but my appoint ment tI'm I Set was on Monday. And I have yet to get a call from the dealership. I did get a call on Thursday from the dealership I purchase my truck from,but they told me they would call me back because I need a loaner vehicle and I need to take it in on Sunday which is when they are opened and they said and they have yet to call me back. I can't believe chevrolet has gotten this bad at customer service.
