Sucks to start over on the truck!
Been there, done that! 2005 driving a Dodge Van rear ended, I did NOT settle immediately. Their insurance wanted to give me a few thousand dollars to settle right away while I was still seeing Chiropractor. After a couple months, no change in pain, had to get spinal surgery.
Do NOT settle too fast, and do NOT tell their insurance anything at all!
