Mine was Non-efi 4.3 in my 70 hooked to T350. It did well. I did it because I had it and I have really good luck with 4.3's Not the fastest, but solid. A turbo will definitely make it run (you can use one from a F--d diesel)
Didn't have any pics of after it was running in truck.
