Another thing. if the truck has no waterpump fan and just the electric fans the stock shroud will serve no purpose, ( in my simple mind).. If it cools fine theres no need unless you want the stock look of a shroud. I keep reading your 1st post and confused. is it going to be the 6 or 8 cyl. when all said and done? If 6 cyl., I think they only had a tin shroud along the top for safety reasons.
