I also find the in-cab noise really tiring, especially when running down the highway.
What's your tire pressure? Maybe softening em up by a couple pounds will help with thumping over frost heaves. And like TJ suggested... front end alignment.
Is the popping and missing figured out? Hot, cold, both? What happens when you run without the air cleaner?
