I E-mailed Borgeson Corp. and here is the response.

Our typical truck assembly is a telescoping shaft with a needle bearing u-joint at each end, so we'd need to know the spline size at the steering column and steering box, and the approximate overall length. Cost would be $236.00, or $266.00 if you want to include a vibration reducer. Give us a call if you'd like to discuss this.
Anyone know the spline sizes or length?
