72 doors have a small screw hole just below the vent window to hold the inner and outer skins together. Other than that they are more or less the same. I believe 67 is slightly different as well to accommodate a different exterior handle but don't quote me on it. The door and window controls are also different for 72 to allow the use the plastic panels.
