I have a ton of those laying around and have thrown away probably 50 or so from the trucks I've junked out. The hole one the panel really is gonna have to be pretty big for those to "snap" in. You see on the underside of the rubber ring at the ends is a hard plastic ring that the rubber seats into and the plastic also has ears that snap into the panels holes. I may be something like an inch and a half or maybe up to two inches. Check with the companies that make the aftermarket power window kits for trucks and cars, they have them in all different types and sizes, more like half the size of a factory one maybe even more than that.
