I have a pair of new in box Rancho RS5118 shocks that will fit 4WD blazers for many years including 69-72. Please double check the part number before purchasing. I only took one out of the box before I figured out that they were too short for my truck. Bought them about 2 years ago maybe. Both shocks have all the hardware from Rancho in the box, red shock boots, stickers (not applied). These shocks retail for $50 each- Selling for $75 plus shipping.
