The marker lights on the 76 front end will be different from that 81+ front end (isn't an 80, something newer than that) So yes, you'll need new fenders (I think the front is slightly different with the different marker light...)
I could be wrong though, so don't hold me to anything until someone who has a bit better of an idea speaks up
