Not sure if this helps, some more info.
Just put an colapable Borgeson set-up in 1964 K10, for safety and really tight steering. Used two universal joints and a shaft. Not cheap but works really well. Used original shaft and cut some of it off, plus a little machine work on end connecting to one of the universal joints. This set up gets rid of the rag joint ( much tighter steering). The set-up allowes the steering shaft to be centered in firewall and cab, as the PS conversion moves the connect at the steering box out from the frame some, changing the original alignment of shaft.
