Fuel pumps should never be wired to their own toggle switch for power (you never want to require a mechanical input from the driver to cut power to a fuel pump). Fuel pumps should be routed through your ECM, through a fuel pump safety switch or similar. The only time toggles come into play is if you are running a redundant (A/B) fuel system and require ability to switch over in case of blockage or a failed pump without stopping - such as in race conditions. You may already have something planned but food for thought.
