I Just replaced the hinge pins and bushings last night. Not too difficult. I had to use a press to push the new pin in and couldn't stake the bottoms. If you don't have a helper to hold the door for you, i found that an engine host with a nylon strap through the window opening works great. Don't need to remove the fender....
